ppbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading information in connection with your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of ppbet services, you must register a player account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ppbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

ppbet offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All bets placed on the ppbet Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by the ppbet system. ppbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ppbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. ppbet's decision in such matters is final.
• Obvious Errors in Odds: ppbet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. ppbet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted if your account holds sufficient cleared funds to cover the stake. ppbet does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All content on the ppbet Platform — including but not limited to the ppbet name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ppbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without ppbet's prior written consent.
• Use any ppbet trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by ppbet.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ppbet's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ppbet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ppbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ppbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

ppbet reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed or suspended account pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ppbet arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ppbet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
